Contact the Roof Referral Service for Boulder, CO
The form on this page is the one way to reach this site from Boulder, CO or anywhere else in Boulder County. There's no phone line and no office to visit. Whatever you send about a roof goes to one independent local roofer, who answers you directly and handles everything from that point on.
Get in Touch
A few details up front help the roofer reply with something useful instead of a string of follow-up questions. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank.
- Your address. It shows which rules apply, since the City of Boulder, unincorporated Boulder County and each nearby town run their own permits and licenses.
- What you're noticing. A ceiling stain, loose or missing shingles, damage after a windstorm, or simply a roof that's getting old.
- When you're around. A few days and times that suit you make the first visit easier to arrange.
- Owner or landlord. Let the roofer know if the home is a rental, so they can plan around your tenants.
This site is a referral service and never does roof work itself. It keeps no crews, writes no prices and signs nothing with you. The roofing company that gets your request pays this site a referral fee, while you aren't charged anything and aren't offered anything in return. More on that is in the referral marketing disclosure, and the privacy policy explains where your details go.
Some questions are better aimed at a public office than at a roofer:
- A problem with a roofer. Complaints go to the Colorado Attorney General's consumer protection office.
- Questions about your claim. The Colorado Division of Insurance answers questions about how insurers handle roof claims.
- Permit questions inside the city. The City of Boulder's Planning & Development Services covers roofing permits and inspections.
Not one of these offices works with this site or recommends it. If you'd rather start with a rough number, try the roof cost calculator before you send the form.
